We Provide Single Source Talent Solutions
The Ohio Talent Development Network (OTDN) assists organizations of all sizes in attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining the right talent for their business.
We are a statewide workforce development system, working in collaboration with the Ohio Department of Education. We offer strategic talent products and services to companies, educational institutions, government entities and individuals through a variety of nationally and internationally recognized human capital development firms. Our OTDN Centers across the state serve as delivery points to provide you with a single source for talent management solutions at affordable prices.
The OTDN Centers are located at over 60 Ohio Career Centers and two-year colleges across the state. Our network is supported by the OTDN Resource Center located at Lorain County Community College.
